About the Hosts
Kaelynn Partlow (She/Her), Lead Therapist, Project HOPE Foundation
In 2015, I joined Project Hope Foundation as a Registered Behavior Technician. I am now a Lead Technician, providing services to middle and high-school-aged clients and helping to develop staff training content.
In 2021, I was a featured participant in the Netflix series, Love On The Spectrum. I have been a guest on numerous national podcasts and published several articles, providing an autistic perspective.
I use my large following on my various social media accounts as a platform for autism advocacy, reaching millions across the world.
In addition to my online advocacy, and work with Project Hope, I am also an international public speaker. I’m passionate about sharing tangible strategies for best practices as it relates to interacting with folks on the autism spectrum!

Throughout his 20+ year career, Marvell has committed to serving caregivers and older adults. His experience spans many complex and challenging operating environments including highly regulated residential care and primary, acute, post-acute care process improvement within the $4 billion University of Rochester and URMC System; CEO of a large, highly diverse, life plan community and corporate COO within the $400 million Kendal System; and dozens of accreditation visits as a 13-year veteran surveyor for CARF International.
Marvell is also a highly trained dementia skills practitioner and coach with in-depth experience understanding, teaching, and including the perspectives and needs of persons living with dementia. Diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility are a central theme in all aspects of Marvell’s work with a tireless devotion to creating equity in caregiving for all.

Lisa Lane, MA, JD, Co-Chief Executive Officer, Project HOPE Foundation
After graduating as valedictorian and class president from Dillon High School, Lisa attended the University of South Carolina, receiving her B.A. in Philosophy, summa cum laude, her M.A. in English, with honors, and her J.D. from the School of Law, with honors. She joined the law firm of Kennedy Covington Lobdell and Hickman, becoming a partner in 1992.
When her younger son was diagnosed with autism in 1996, she helped establish Project Hope Foundation as a nonprofit to serve those struggling with autism. She has gained expertise in the field of autism, participating in thousands of hours of Applied Behavior Analysis sessions, and becoming a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst. She has met with hundreds of families of children with autism. Along with her co-director, Susan Sachs, Lisa has been instrumental in developing each of Project Hope’s programs. Lisa is a frequent speaker to civic clubs, educational groups, and community organizations.
